About Sarah
Hi. I’m Sarah de Castro. I facilitate change and healing, and enhance performance through coaching & modern therapy, drawing on hypnotic suggestion.
I’m a performance coach, modern hypnotherapist and Clean Language practitioner. Certified and highly trained in numerous techniques, I’m a University certified Master Coach(Paris Panthéon-Assas) and certified EMCC senior practitioner as well as a clinical hypnotherapist and certified Clean Language facilitator, trainer and supervisor (mentored directly & sponsored) by Jennifer de Gandt.
Since I was a kid in New Zealand, I’ve turned to personal development tools to continually up level and explore the strange and wonderful life we are in.
I conduct research at the cognitive science and psycholinguistic laboratory at EHESS / École Normale Supérieur / CNRS, looking at optimal coaching practices. I’ve created a method to bring helpful and sustainable change, help people evolve and find peace.

I’ve worked in departments of large traditional corporations, directly with company founders and as a founder myself, honing vision, communications and optimised systems, in Paris and internationally.
