An understanding of both people and organisations
Before becoming a professional coach, I spent many years working in international business, including as Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Board of Directors at two French scale-ups, Comet and Agily. I also worked at Unibail-Rodamco and have carried out assignments for organisations including ENGIE, Google Partners and SAP.
This experience has given me first-hand insight into the realities of leadership, organisational change, decision-making and the pressures of demanding professional environments.
Today, I combine this business background with a Master 2 in Professional Coaching from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation and extensive training in therapeutic coaching approaches.
I also teach communication, leadership and professional development at university level.
My approach brings together a practical understanding of organisational realities with a reflective, client-led space in which individuals can develop clarity, confidence and their own ways forward..
